I'm considering purchasing an Eight Sleep, but am having trouble finding proof points behind the product that are more than their marketing (or affiliate) materials.
Anyone here have Oura or Whoop data from before and after getting an Eight Sleep? I'm specifically interested in Deep/REM %s and RHR/HRV. I have no issues with sleep consistency or sleep onset, but tend to wake up often throughout the night so have poor sleep architecture and higher sleep stress (high RHR/low HRV).
