The stack

So lurking, and occasionally contributing, to this sub, I thought I’d do my writeup. These are things I have repeatedly stated, now collected with extended explanations as to why.

The supplements

Multivitamin 50+ from piping rock

The minerals, vitamins, etc.. section is good (but for Zinc oxide), the “male enhancements” are dosed way too low, basically window dressing. Still good.

Reasoning
This is general health. The zinc (for volume) and selenium are good.

Zinc
Generally, zinc is the most potent supplement when gunning for volume.

You can overdo zinc.
15mg is recommended, >60mg per day over a lomnger period may get dangerous.
Reason:
Zinc hinders copper absorption. Good zinc supplements often include copper.
Symptoms:
Belly ache.
Treatment:
Stop taking that much zinc.

L-Citruline I stay with 4800mg per day, adding some an hour before, if I know what’s up.

Reasoning
This is for “the pump” which is why it is also popular with fitness enthusiasts. Will basically improve blood flow.

Pygeum
Prostate health, also helps with precum.

Reasoning
Prostrate health, and helps with precum.

Some people (not me) report loss of libido. If that happens, stop taking this.

Krill oil - General health.

Celery seed extract
Will whiten sperm, anti-inflammatory.

Reasoning
I take this for anti-inflammatory reasons. The whitening claim? Can’t tell.

2 brazil nuts/day
Yeah, might be too much selenium, but still all good.
Reasoning
Makes the balls feel full. Seriously.

Sunflower lecithin
For thickness and volume.

Some guys get their cum too thick. If that happens: Drink more, reduce this.

The basics

DRINK WATER!
Yes, but not too much please. A good dose to go for is 2l (.5 gallons) and .5l (a pint) of fruit juice. No, that is not too little.

You CAN drink too much water. While a gallon (a number I have seen here often) won’t hurt you, you’re flushing a good part of all those nice supplements out.

Even the medically recommended 2l of water / day INCLUDES water in food.

GET FIT

  • You’ll look better. (Helps with sex)
  • You’ll feel better. (Helps with sex)
  • You’ll have better blood flow. Yes, everywhere. (Helps with sex)

GET RID OF VICES
Mostly for health reasons, and…. taste.
Little or no:

  • Coffee - Taste
  • Alcohol - Health, Taste
  • Red meat - Taste
  • Drugs - Well….

EAT THE RAINBOW
No, I don’t mean the LGBTQ+ members of your community. (You are free to, just not what I mean right here).

Vascular and penis health is improved IMMENSELY by fruits and vegetables.
An easy guide to a variety of vitamins and other good stuffs is - color.
So - LOADS of veggies and fruits in as many colors as possible every day.

Vitamins, minerals, water, and helps improve the taste of cum, too.

Going vegetarian frequently will help your overall diet, health - and taste.

(No, I do not support the vegan diet.)

SLEEP
Get enough rest, get a consistent sleep schedule with enough sleep to truly rest.

Things I dropped
I tried and dropped all these things, because they didn’t do shit for me.
Your mileage may vary.

A word on time
You need to stay with this for a while. REAL results come in after month 2.
