Foreigners who watched a KBO game — what was the hardest part?

Hi r/KBO — long-time Doosan Bears fan here (since 2010).

I'm a senior CS student in Korea working on a small project about how

foreigners experience KBO games, and I'd love to hear from real fans

instead of guessing from my Korean-speaking bubble.

If you're not Korean (or weren't fluent in Korean when you first went

to a game), would you mind sharing a bit?

  1. How did you first discover KBO?

  2. How did you book your first ticket — Interpark, on-site, a friend,

an agency? Any specific friction (phone verification, sold-out bots,

refunds after a rain-out)?

  1. Inside the stadium — what was hard to follow? (scoreboard, cheers,

timing of fan chants, food order, finding your seat)

  1. Anything that surprised you in a good way?

  2. Would you bring a foreign friend visiting Korea to a game?

No survey link, no DMs, no signups — just comments here. Happy to

answer questions back about KBO from a Korean fan's perspective.

감사합니다 🙏
