Bed Drain Holes?

Hey, my 69 F-100 continues to have water pool in it, after it rains or after I wash it. The bed is Rhino-Lined… and I cannot tell if there are any drain holes, can’t seem to find info on google either if they were manufactured with or without. Any tips on how to fix this?

Hey all! I’m new to this community and to truck / car life. This was my great grandfathers truck, and my grandfather kept it running! I’m planning to do a full restoration to it, but just wanted to get some eyes on it from this group.
