We're building a tool that executes workflows via a shareable link and keep hearing security concerns from IT folks (I will not promote)

Been building this with two friends. The idea came from our own frustration of teaching each other repetitive tasks while building our last startup.

The tool is simple: one person records themselves doing a task, it gets encoded into a shareable link, and whoever receives it can execute that exact workflow automatically on their own device just by clicking the link. No downloads or setup required.

For early stage teams this means onboarding new hires, standardizing internal processes, and eliminating the back and forth of teaching someone how to do something repeatedly. The link can be reused an infinite number of times.

We've been getting security questions from IT folks so worth noting we're building in explicit user confirmation before anything runs, IT admin approval layers, and on-prem hosting before launch.

Still really early and genuinely want feedback. Brutal honesty welcome.

The use cases are pretty broad but we have been focused on repetitive digital tasks like onboarding, software setup, and configuration workflows. The link can be reused an infinite number of times. Unlike traditional RPA tools such as Power Automate or UiPath that break when interfaces change, it's a computer use agent that adapts intelligently across different devices and operating systems, meaning the final task gets completed regardless of UI variation.

We are still really early and genuinely want feedback from people who deal with this stuff daily. We are not selling anything. Brutally honest feedback is welcome. Thanks

For IT this means things like VPN setup, software installs, permission fixes, and onboarding new hires without having to repeat yourself every single time.
