Hi there. Has anyone else has had issues with Kaiser sending in a prescription to Lilly Direct? I am not sure how their system works but it looks like my doctor selected for the auto injector instead of kwikpen. that is fine, however, when I try to check out, it costs me over $3.5K. i believe they only offer the auto injector with insurance, not lilly direct. I have tried to get them to fix it with no success. How can I get them to fix this? is it an issue with kaiser's system? Anyone else have trouble?
