What is considered "too low" of an offer? Has anyone had difficulty finding open positions post residency? Wondering if people have needed to relocate for a position?

Winston is 5 days postop and has 2 very large incisions and am wondering if this is normal. The incision near where his testicle was found (inner leg area) looks almost like than X. I’m concerned that it isn’t a straight incision and why it is so large?

He really dislikes his little outfit but I don’t know how else to cover up his 2 incisions.
