So as the title states I had been going back and forth with them every single day with little resolve. I was able to get some points reinstated, but it was before the took my account out of the negative putting me where I started. I had even went full psycho and made power points of the break down with photo proof. I finally said eff it and filed a complaint 2 days ago thanks to another similar post, and got all of my points back within 2 days 🙃 Idk why I felt bad filing but in so thankful it actually got resolved
