Struggling to survive with my pickleball airbnb after 1 day listed. Need advice/contacts.
Fellow airbnb hosts! We just opened our new property on Airbnb and wanted to share it with this community first. I know it is just 1 day after being listed, but it's making me nervous I have 0 bookings and the listing is probably the lowest on airbnb's totem pole. With that said, any suggestions on how to get my first bookings? I'd like to connect with travel or pickleball influencers to give them free stays in exchange for their reviews/reach. I'd love to connect and get a review asap. Please let me know if anyone has any connections to someone that may be a good fit.

It's a 6-acre rural retreat 20 min from Waco/Magnolia, with the only climate-controlled indoor pickleball barn in the area — regulation court, AC/heat, lights for evening play, and a full bathroom in the barn.
We partner with a local paddle pro who rotates the latest demo paddles through the barn, and can book clinics for your group.
