Anyone else having problems with MassageBook?? I have loved - MY CLIENTS HAVE LOVED - MB. About 2-3 weeks ago clients said they were not getting appointment reminders. I contacted MB, they said they were aware of problem. So I gave it time. Contacted clients and made sure they knew of upcoming appointments. This past weekend about 50% of my clients said they didn’t receive reminders. Today I reached out to MB and asked where we were at with this.. And nothing. No. Response. Anyone else feeling my pain???
