Was recently in Assisi and was astonished to see the buttresses on the Santa Chiara Basilica. I had never seen any like it. Is this rare ? What's the advantage of having the arched buttresses as opposed to as full wall/buttress like it's the case on the right side of the building ?
Any additional info would be much appreciated, wasn't able to find much.

Two different example above:

• The Louise Carmen Ernest with some kind of wallet insert. Problem is it's leather and I'm looking for something vegan.
• The Lochby Sidekick V2 wallet. Problem is card slots are a bit loose and it doesn't close. Also maybe wouldn't hold a thicker agenda.

I'm thoroughly impressed by this new nib. I thought it would be just good "for the price", but it's really a great nib. The flex isn't huge but it flexes so easily it's very satisfying. There's less snapback than on my almost 300 dollar Regalia Writing Labs Cross Flex but I find it almost more enjoyable to use because it requires less effort.

Less snapback also means less warning before you go too far, so I would be weary about pushing the nib without caution.

Very glad I got this, if you're intrigued by flex nibs don't hesitate !
