Hi all,

I know y'all are pros, but I am not, and I never get satisfactory answers on the general wordpress reddit.

I bought (its feeling stupidly now) Astra Starter Templates earlier this year and pay for a monthly license. So far, there starting points have saved me a little bit of time, but I end up doing a lot of customization.

My preferred editor is Gutenburg blocks; I like how lightweight it is and I'm fast with it now. But many of the Astra Templates that are advertised as being editable with Gutenburg are not. (I really don't feel like dealing with Elementor, it honestly feels clunky and I'm tired of getting pushed to upgrade to pro to do things I know I can do in Gutenburg and with a little custom code).

I have googled my heart out on this, and the only answer I see is the other way around- Elementor in Gutenburg. Does anyone know a way to open an elementor template in Gutenburg? Or am I attempting to put a square peg into a round hole?

hey all, I hope this doesn't seem inappropriate- I live in Maine and just finished a local sit for a really great HO. Sit was incredibly easy in a brand new condo and I feel bad she has not been getting apps, but her marketing is not great. Her Frenchie is truly one of the very easiest dogs I've ever sat for (if you look at my previous posts you will know I am not one to be even a little dishonest about dog behavior), and shes close to Portland, lighthouses, beach, so if you've ever considered vacationing in Maine, please favorite her as I think she will have some summer dates coming up. Shes just 15 minutes from the Portland Airport. Her condo is brand new and she keeps it incredibly clean.
