I received an email from the service desk with a proof of funds form - however since my money comes mostly from crypto, I am not sure how to proceed. I have replied to the service email 2 days ago, with no answer yet. to be honest this is rather stressful and I would really appreciate some guidance about how to proceed.
The fact that service is so slow in answering is making me think that I should just transfer my funds out of scalable altogether and put them back in my Deutsche Bank account, where I was supported properly and didn't get stressful emails about my account potentially gettin locked and my savings being potentially inaccessible.
I have traced most of my transactions from crypto exchanges and my bank, but I wonder if this will be enough to pass the proof of funds check. could a member of scalable staff give me a bit of guidance, or tell me if I will be able to transfer the funds out if need be before the 21 days deadline? thanks a lot in advance.
