Tweaked Groin 1 week out
I'm starting to see some improvement but am I crazy for still going? I'm in excellent shape (38m runner and have been rucking the last month+ to prep) but just a dummy who did something the weekend before the trip.
When people rate the hiking as strenuous is it mostly about endurance and dealing with incline/declines? I'm tentatively hopefully my adductor can handle it if everything else feels good.
