Sunday brunch with the homies
Just as I was lamenting that they never hang out anymore, they showed up today and we had brunch together. Maybe the babies hatched cause i haven’t seen both of them at the same time since march, and it’s the first time in weeks that they hung around.
The painted eggs are ready-boiled eggs that german bakeries sell (they are painted to mark that they‘re boiled). They don’t eat the shells or the eggwhite so i have to clean up after them but the squirrels usually take care of the peanut shells. The big one who’s less shy sometimes follows me around the park. Once they showed up at my work (i‘ll post that video soon :)
Love this little community - i learned a lot about their habits and favourite snacks.
