from what I've read from this theories page delivery guy and burrows share some features.
some details don't fit with burrows. but that could M2 emanate burrows after he killed the real one in taking over Fazbear entertainment.

Is games William >7ft tall. How tall is he?
I believe William is somewhat near 7 ft as his 7'3 in DBD. and also the pittrap is taller than the door in ITPG, and if Oz's dad is 5'9 it would make the pittrap 7 ft tall. both continuities games, fright tales, return to the pit the suit is physically thing.
