I’m 21 and looking into applying for Sysco in the Inland Empire/Ontario CA area for a CDL delivery driver position.

Trying to find out from current drivers if Sysco there is still doing DOT urine-only testing or if they’ve started doing hair follicle tests in 2026.

Would also appreciate any honest input about:

rookie hiring

workload

pay

schedules

whether it’s worth it for a new driver
