
Support closed my ticket without checking proof. I have the official "email changed" notification but can't get a human to review it.
My account "geometrydashim" was hacked and the email was changed away from my original mohamed11ahmed22goz@gmail.com
I opened ticket #167127784 with all the details I had. It was closed for "not enough information" but the agent never asked me for proof.
I HAVE PROOF. I received the official Roblox "Your email was changed" security notification to my original inbox. Screenshot attached.
I tried emailing info@roblox.com from my original gmail with the screenshot, but only got auto-replies telling me to use the support form. The form has no attachment option so I can't send proof.
I control the original account email and am willing to verify anything needed. I just need a human from Roblox Support to actually look at the evidence.
Can any staff or mods here help escalate this? I can't use Twitter as my account is suspended.
The hacker still has my account and I'm locked out.
