Maui by mouth
all the places we ate at on our three day stay on Maui:
Some lesser known great spots:
Oyako tai: great spam musubi, but sells out quick! Take out only
Kaohu store: great poke bowls, only to go
Vante coffee for breakfast- yum banana pancakes
Akamai coffee- was good but over all coffee on Kona was hard to follow!
Island fresh cafe: good breakfast spot to hit up before road to Hana
Some well knowns:
Leodas pie shop: busy, but line goes quick, especially for take out
Mamas kitchen:amazing views and food and fun story about how it got started.
Monkey pod: very touristy/busy area but food is all around very good.
Old Lahaina Lu'au: amazing experience! Recomend getting a chair spot rather than sitting on floor as it is 3 hours. Come hungry! it was also all you can drink
