I just bought this Scott Windriver for just 50 euros. It definitely need some care. but has all the original parts in good shape. Full Deore LX with Mavic 236 rims.

My idea is to convert it to Gravel, using the original shifters, rear derailleur, brakes and brake levers replacing the handlebars with Surly Corner Bar copycat which is way cheaper (i don't have a budget for the real one). I will keep the biggest chain ring which is 42 tooth and replace the cassette with a 11-40. I will need a derailleur extender for it to be able to shift to the two biggest ones.
