Electronic Harassment -Based on statistics from JP NPO- - Pursuing modern international organized crime (2) -
1. Introduction
I should like this time to discuss electronic harassment, which is perpetrated in addition to the gang stalking I introduced in the previous article. The nature of the damage varies considerably from victim to victim; there are cases in which gang stalking occurs without electronic harassment, and vice versa. Although I have addressed this subject on my blog on numerous occasions, for the general public this category of harm remains even more difficult to believe. I shall therefore endeavour to explain it as clearly and precisely as possible.
To understand electronic harassment, it is first necessary to grasp the concept of sensory transmission technology. Suppose, for example, that one individual experiences pain. Microwaves are then directed at that person, the resulting brainwaves are analysed, and the data collected. These data are subsequently converted and transmitted so as to match the target victim’s own brainwaves. In this way the perpetrators can induce in the victim precisely the same pain that the other person felt. Similarly, information from all five senses can be transmitted and received. In general, by employing the technology known as BMI (Brain–Machine Interface), which connects the brain directly to machines, it becomes possible to control human beings indirectly and at a distance. This constitutes the technical foundation of electronic harassment. The principle rests upon the “Frey Effect” (microwave auditory effect), a technology patented by the United States military that transmits audible sound to one specific individual while remaining inaudible to others. In English it is referred to as “electronic harassment”, “remote assault”, or “covert harassment”.
