City of St. Louis Treasurer does not want to be bothered with stupid questions from citizens.

I love how the position of treasurer of the City of St. Louis means you don't have to answer any questions about how the city operates parking in a public garage it operates. And he sure as hell doesn't need to respond inquiries as to why it's filled with abandoned vehicles.
