Does anyone have a hiatal hernia as well? Were you able to get Botox or did it make your symptoms worse? I’m just curious to hear peoples experiences and see if it affects treatment

Hi- I felt a twinge in my stomach that was not my usual and I’m terrified to eat. Don’t reassure me but please just encourage me to eat something. I’m so fucking terrified I’ll throw up bc it was pain and like a wave of nausea. I haven’t eaten and was hungry before hand but now I’m in bed with my heating pad shaking and alone. I just want to cry.
