I know I need to be patient lol

But literally nothing has worked for me before so I really want this to.

But, I lost 5 pounds during my first 6 days on 37.5 mg and then I woke up today, on the 7th day and I gained back 2 lbs. is 3 lbs lost in a week normal for this med? Or should I be worried my body has gotten used to it already?
