Large pellets for disabled birdies?

Large pellets for disabled birdies?

I have a crossbeak pigeon (in photo) and ive been making him custom pellets for over a year now made from seed, vitamins, water, and mineral supplements. However its kind of tedious work without machinery and I was wondering if anyone knows of large pellet brands above 0.25 inch? Harrison is stupid expensive and no other brand seems to be that large. I was considering buying small machinery and selling pellets as a side hustle since most pellets are corn anyway, but i wanted to see alternatives since there probably isnt a big market for it haha. Thanks!

Oliver (white) was a very angry male pigeon for a long time due to his frustration with his disability and being raised in a hoarders home. He was very aggressive with pigeons and people. Took a long time for him to calm down, and now he has a wife named fish who's also disabled and they are doing very well! They are both weird... but it works? Lol!

Meet fish, she had a severe window strike and couldn't walk for over a week. Through rehabilitation she regained her ability to walk. She eats, drinks, and socializes on her own! But she prefers not to fly, and walks everywhere she can. She's also a little off, a bit smaller, and weaker than the other birds and needs a calm flock or a careful home. She is friendly and will eat from your hand, and sit on you sometimes. Please reach out if youre interested!
