Wait time was 2.5 hours in the sun. I went to the Santa Fe Springs Location and the line was out the door and down to the end of the building. Wednesday through Friday is your best bet. If you are brave enough to go on a Monday- get there right at 8am when it opens. Security and the workers were pleasant so it was worth it but next time I’ll be smarter about it. I live on the 1st floor of a 3 story condo complex and my toilet randomly does this, I’m guessing when someone above me flushes, it causes a back up, should I get a plumber or is this normal?
The building is about 8 years old and I’ve had issues with the neighbors upstairs backing up the pipes in my kitchen where it has flooded but the plumber who came for that said the kitchen and bathroom were not connected.
