So 5’2” ladies, eating more is real?

Are there people here who are ~5’2” (157cm) and ~110-125lbs (50-56kg) that are eating more than 1500 calories/day?

What activity level is that? Lifting how many days a week? For how long? Do you do cardio? More than 10k steps?

Basically what do I need to work up to in order to come off 1200?

32F 5’2”/157cm 115lbs/52kg sedentary
