hallo! i need major advice quickly (before the end of may actually) 💔 our camper has an AC unit in the roof that got damaged during a hurricane when a tree i believe landed on it, and we got some heavy heavy rain for a while and did not cover the roof so unfortunately tons of water leaked in through this broken AC unit and have really damaged the roof :(

the picture isnt recent , and its before there was heavy water damaged, but the circled area is where a majority of the water has built up!

we're wanting to remove the AC unit entirely and fix the roof, but have like no idea what we're doing 😭 genuinely any advice regarding what all we'd need and how to fix it would be SO appreciated 🙏
