So I just bought the game specifically to play the mod, I first on steam added the mods I wanted, tried launching with the AGOT mod, the Submod Cord and AGOT+, would crash instantly except for once it got to the unlocking secret city page and stayed on that for 45 minutes.

I saw that launching the base game with no mods was a recommended thing to do to change settings and get through the starting loading part, so first I tried launching with only AGOT, still nothing so then I tried launching as a complete base game, turned off all mods and even turned off all DLCs, the base game will not launch and instantly crashes what am I doing wrong?
