Ye did NOT get worse musically after 2019, he just faltered a lot in his discography after that.

Until 2018, Ye had a PERFECT discography; no album even caused discussion about its quality, all were considered mostly good by fans. This changed after the release of JIK and with it came his most controversial sequence (Vultures I, Vultures II and Donda 2...).

I don't think he went downhill, I just think he faltered a lot in these two points, and if he had made these changes his discography would be "perfect" again:

1- Not releasing YANDHI. This album was VERY good and would have been released at the right time; I'm sure several songs would have been a success if released. Yandhi should have been released instead of JIK. He would have closed another decade with only perfect albums.

2- Vultures should have been just one album and not a trilogy. If Vultures were an album, with fewer than twenty songs it would be PERFECT and absurdly timed, just like Yandhi. The hype for Vultures was insane, and Ye would have released another album with several hits.

I don't think he would have released Donda (or Bully) in that timeline because JIK influenced the release of Donda, but if he had, we would have had a sequence of:

YANDHI -> DONDA -> VULTURES

and not:

JIK -> DONDA -> VULTURES I -> VULTURES II -> DONDA 2 -> BULLY

Vultures I is NOT on MBDTF level, not even on Donda level BUT is a pretty decent album that could be better in my opinion if Ye removed some songs from it and added songs like EVERYBODY. This album is good.

There is some people that say that Vultures is a bad album, i really cannot understand that people after listening to VULTURES again.

Maybe that album was not what we expected from it but its a decent album, wayyy better than what i remembered.
