how long does jet lag delay ovulation/period?

i made a post on here about having a sexual partner but also traveling to japan inbetween. it’s been five days since the last possible predicted period day on the apple health map. i am still concerned, and just need reassurance that my period will come because i don’t want to have to spend money on a ovulation or pregnancy test if i don’t need to.

details on my jet lag: it’s been 8 days since i got back from japan. my period was predicted around the time i was about to leave japan to head home and when i got back. my normal ovulation was supposed to happen approximately around the time i was on the way to japan/in japan. my sleep schedule is still messed up and i find myself staying up later on work days and taking multiple naps during the day. the time difference is ~16 hours ahead in japan back to california PST

am i overreacting? I have had sex with a condom, my period is late by two days so far, what are my chances of pregnancy?

okay so my period is kind of late (by two days), and i have been seeing someone every few weeks. whenever my period is late i start getting anxious. when we have sex he uses a condom and he always finishes inside the condom but doesn’t pull out. i’m pretty sure none of them have broke. i haven’t taken any plan b since feb 23rd and it made my period come a week early in march.

i also just came back from japan earlier this week on march 29th (im from california ~ 16 hour time difference), and online it says that jet lag can also delay your period? i was wondering if this was the case and my period is going to be late because my body is still adjusting to the time difference.

any clarification or insight would be a great help!! im planning to take a pregnancy test next week but dont know if i need to take it sooner or if i even need to take one at all.
