I run a small service business with a handful of employees, and I just received a notice from the IRS saying they want to audit my payroll taxes from a prior year.

The timing could not be worse. The accountant I had been working with for years recently stepped away, and the replacement I spoke to basically said audits are not something they handle.

Now I am on a deadline to respond and honestly have no idea who I should be reaching out to.I am not trying to panic, but I also do not want to mess this up by going in unprepared.

I’m trying to decide between Wix vs Bluehost for building a website, but I’m realizing they’re kind of different approaches and it’s making things confusing.

Wix seems like an all-in-one website builder, while Bluehost is more about hosting and using something like WordPress, which might be more flexible but also more work.

If you’ve used either, which one did you prefer and why? Is Bluehost worth it for the extra control, or is Wix just easier and good enough to start with?

I’m looking into getting a CRM for B2C and trying to figure out which platforms actually work well when you’re dealing with a higher volume of customers rather than longer B2B sales cycles.

Main priorities are keeping customer data organized, tracking interactions, and ideally handling segmentation or follow-up automation without becoming overly complicated.

If you’re running a B2C business, what CRM are you using and how well does it fit your workflow?

Did it genuinely help improve customer management and sales, or did it end up being more effort than expected?
