So I already have an osprey backpack, but this one I found for free. Cant say no to that. It’s an older osprey atmos 50 i think. It has this layer of something on it, it’s been peeling like dead skin after a sunburn. It also takes some of the printed decals off with it. The “stuff” only appears to be on the inside. With exceptions around the edges.

Any answers will help, just don’t know if I should peel it off or try to fix it if this is something wrong.

pack is second hand so this could be something random that the previous owner did, I have no clue.
