Heya
I'm a student who was attending University in Milan for the spring semester and it is approaching time for me to leave. The thing is, I have never had the time to turn in my permesso (way too busy with classes, health issues, mental health issues, etc.). I was wondering, since I am leaving Italy with no intent to return but have a layover in Germany on my return back to America, do I need to just bite the bullet and skip a class to turn in my permesso or will I be fine leaving without my permesso?
