Everyone selling now days, especially in this sub have this mentality.

"I will be able to sell the van for more than I paid for it."

Is the tl:dr of modern day converted van sellers.

Where do you find vans that aren't exorbitantly priced with pride & emotions?

Maybe I'm the one that's out of touch, but I would assume a built out vans with materials & labor & being used for a few years should be their Carvana/KBB price + 10-15k at max...... but in today's market it seems people are selling 100-200k mile vans on their last legs for exorbitant prices what are closer to 20-30k their respective kbb/carvana prices or close to double what the van build should be valued..... maybe this is just a rant but it seems people selling their "ran through/used" vans are trying to "make" money back than what they initially invested rather than selling at fair prices.
