Why aren’t more people posting here yet? Let’s change that. 🚀

Hey everyone,

I noticed something interesting — we already have members in this community, but very few people are posting. That’s totally normal for a growing subreddit, but I want to change that.

This community is meant to be a place where anyone can share ideas, questions, discoveries, and discussions about tech, AI, cybersecurity, future technology, and more.

So here’s my invitation to you:

• Ask a question about tech or AI

• Share an interesting article or discovery • Post a thought about the future of technology . . . . . . Don’t worry about being “perfect.” Just start the discussion. . . . . . . . . 👇 Drop your first post today.

Seriously, I feel like we're going BACKWARDS these days, modern computers suck, modern phones suck, and literally every program I want to use is subscription based, what the hell.

I miss being able to buy a program, and own it, forever, that specific version is ALL YOURS, I miss when using a computer felt fun, and interesting, no AI enhanced bullshit, just a simple UI, but maybe I'm just old...seriously, I am never upgrading to windows 11, rant over. Because i use fedora 😗

So I finally sat down and tested both Kali Linux and Parrot OS side by side… not just surface-level stuff, but actual daily usage, tools, performance, and that “feel” you only notice after hours.

Here’s the honest breakdown

⚡ Kali Linux

- Feels like the industry standard.

- Massive tool library, everything just there.

- Perfect if you're following tutorials (because most use Kali)

- But yeah… it’s kinda heavy. Not the smoothest on low-end systems.

🕊️ Parrot OS

Lightweight, smoother, cleaner vibe.

Built-in privacy + security focus (this part is underrated).

-Better for daily driving + multitasking.

Fewer tools pre-installed, but honestly… you don’t need all 600 anyway

My Take (No BS)

If you're a beginner - Kali is easier to start with.

If you're smart about workflow - Parrot OS low-key wins long term.

Most people won’t say this, but…

Tools don’t make you powerful. Understanding does

I broke everything down properly in my YouTube video — real testing, no copy-paste opinions.

Curious what you guys use daily?

Kali or Parrot… and why?

Let’s make this a real discussion 👇

Turns out it’s a government test of India’s new Cell Broadcast emergency alert system.

Message basically said:

- “Extremely severe alert”

- Disaster warning system launched

- No action needed

- This is a test

At first glance, it lowkey feels like something serious is about to go down 💀 but it’s actually just a nationwide test to make sure emergency alerts can reach everyone instantly.

Honestly, kinda reassuring knowing they’re building systems for real-time disaster warnings (earthquakes, floods, etc). But yeah… that notification definitely spikes your heart rate for a second.

Did anyone else get this today? How loud was it on your phone? 😂

America is fighting back against China through regulation. If the match act is passed the Netherlands and Japan get 150 days to align their export controls with Washington. After that, the US moves unilaterally under the Foreign Direct Product Rule.

This would hit ASML harder than any company in Europe.

I am extremely worried by our current problems, developed countries facing a demographic collapses, climate change getting worse and worse, extreme political instability/polarization, will we grow out of this fine? Are we living in a transition period or very dark times are ahead?
