I have made a post a while ago mentioning how Shein stopped updating my order and I emailed them for information and they essentially triggered a refund without answering any of my questions or giving a reason. I thought this would end at that, since I got my money back, but suddenly I get an email and a message from the post office saying they'll be delivering the package soon.

My question is, can I keep the package? Do I have to return it? I saw multiple people who had similar issues and kept the package but I'm scared of getting in trouble.
