It is throwing "Failed to export still: Failed to retrieve still, image from disk, export failed for still"

I found an old Reddit thread discussing the solution of exporting & importing your project. The issue is, I have used Magic Mask a ton on this project and do not want to retrack each shot. Is there any solution to this? Really annoying bug, and the properties of the still are on a hard drive not connected to my computer and truthfully, I have 0 idea where or how it created said file path
