Hey everyone just wanted to make a quick post and let ya know exactly 31 days after my redemption i got paid. If you are promo banned and worry your not going to get paid you will... no need to message their support team they will not help you. Just wait the 31 days and never play there again lol
At this point it is a absolute joke. I have been waiting since April 5th for my redemption and still nothing. Lonestar support team is no help at all they respond with generic "we are working on processing your redemption" everytime I email them. Lonestar Reddit support does not help at all... I have dmed them on Instagram no response... I have wrote my VIP manager they just say they will look into it and then respond with " the payments team is currently working on your redemption". This is by far the most frustrating social casino site to deal with ever.
In the past I recieved withdrawals from them in 48 hours everytime but this time they are acting weird.
I have provided them with every document they have asked for and they say my account is fully verified and they dont need any more information from me but I still cant get paid. SMFH.
