Seeking Mental Health Practice/Clinic That Treats The Whole Person in NW Phoenix
Looking for recs for a practice that offers treatment for the whole person, similar to an IOP, but with less intensity. Short story is that there is a recent inpatient stay due to having a suicide plan, a new bipolar diagnosis, among others and the facility they were in dropped the ball on the after care plan and any appointments after have been incorrect, in the wrong location, or for the wrong thing. In need of: therapy, med management, life, social, behavioral, etc. skills offered at the same location. Needs to take Mercy Care and be in the NW Phoenix or adjacent areas. We are looking into this place https://therapywithpurpose.net/services/, but would like real world advice, suggestions, feedback and help in navigating this. It is a lot to figure out, as I work outside of the home and don't have a partner to help. Kiddo needs help navigating it, but I can't handle it all because they are legally an adult. How are people supposed to know what to do? The whole system is frustrating and confusing for someone unfamiliar with it. I have my own struggles, so it's been extremely tough. Help, please!
