I have an interview coming up for a Customer Service & E-Commerce Associate Team Leader position in California and the pay range is listed as $21.55 - $35/hour.

I have about 2 years of assistant management experience, including handling employees, customer issues, scheduling and day-to-day operations. I’m trying to figure out what would be realistic to ask for negotiation.

Would asking for around $26/hour be reasonable or is that too high for someone with my experience level? Just trying to get an honest idea before the interview.
