Currently looking at the Chefstemp S1 and Breezo fan. Any other important or very helpful tools for starting out?

First - thank you to everyone who weighed in on my earlier question of Traeger (or similar pellet smoker) vs BGE as a first smoker. I decided to go with BGE.

In anticipation I’ve been searching YouTube for BGE/Smoking tutorial and tips - there’s no shortage of content — but was wondering if anyone who uses a BGE can recommend any specific content that seemed better than others having actually used a BGE.

Going to be getting my first smoker soon, leaning BGE, want something a little more interactive and seems like Traeger is just turn and wait. Any reason to not go BGE as a first time smoker?
