Just went to the Drs after a couple of miserable weeks. Told him my symptoms which have come after the flu / Covid (I didn’t test) and he thinks it is gastritis.

He’s put me on some ppi’s in hope that it sorts itself out. Can I ask how yours started ? When I was sick I had an awful stomach too and recently have noticed increased eye floaters. I had no idea that was a thing.

What things can I do to help heal ?
