questions/advice
I’ve been stuck thinking about this for a while and i finally decided to talk about it because my own thoughts aren’t helping.
i used to smoke weed a lot for a couple years, like smoking 5+ bowls a day + joints. i quit smoking about 5 months ago till a couple days ago. i decided to smoke a joint, i took 2 not even half puffs off a joint two days ago and the next day i took like 5 puffs off the same joint but took bigger puffs. i did that cause i havent smoked in a bit, but the main reason why im coming on here and taking about this is because im not sure if me smoking weed again is a good idea. ive stopped because i wanted to clear my lungs and help them heal which they have a bit and a bit before i quit it made my anxiety worse and i noticed when i smoked that joint a few days ago i noticed my anxiety got slightly bad but not as much as it did. my main concern though is my lungs and having issues because of weed, ive looked up so many things about weed and comparing it to other substances like alcohol or nicotine to see which is worse for you and isnt recommended. but a lot of people say ones bad but then another person says the other is bad, and it keeps going back and forth and there really isn’t a straight answer to what’s worse or if weed is really that bad for you.
my apologies if what im trying to say isn’t making much sense, i tried to put it in a way that would make somewhat of sense.
i just want someone to tell me if weed is genuinely not good for you and if i should or shouldn’t continue to smoke it again.
also i am aware inhaling any type of smoke into your lungs is generally not good, but i still would like an answer. if anyone can help that would be appreciated.
