Day 10 after Botox, burping less than the first few days, it feels like throat is too open to burp well?

I know Botox is just peaking so I'm trying to ride out the rollercoaster but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this - I was burping day 1 after Botox and was having deep stomach burps/symptom relief by day 4. I could drink carbonated beverages and reliably burp them out. Yesterday I noticed a decrease in burps/sharp increase in bloating. Drinking carbonated beverages coaxed out some throat burps but nowhere near the deep stomach burps I have been getting and mostly made me feel bloated. When I do my normal head turns that would coax out burps, it feels like my throat is just too open to push them out, it feels like some air is still venting out though. I still get gurgles too but it feels like my throat can't even push those up as often. My slow swallow is still getting worse daily too. It was like the Botox hit a sweet spot while it was kicking in but then became too much to burp effectively lol. I'm hoping it's just normal fluctuation, maybe as the Botox wears out I'll hit my sweet spot again.
