Hey this is a updated version of my last post (I delete it when time) since people didn't like it that I said that I want to help via DMs.
So I just write everything in one post.
My game freezed/crashed on multiple accessions.
As an example entering the ultraluxe is fine but leaving the loading screen just freezes forever.
Old world blues was extreme but I could "fix" it with the pcb command.
But in dead money everything stopped working so figured something out.
I downloaded it a second time with different safe and ini files location, everything and created a new
Instantance.
Then I copied the safe file with the problem put it in the Saves Ordner of the game without mods go out to the exterior and that's it. Takes like 2 minutes or less if you have ssd. Then you just put the "fixed" file back in den main order.
I hope this helps at least one person.
