The Frederick Comedy Festival is turning downtown into a comedy crawl May 1-3, with shows across Maryland Ensemble Theatre, Weinberg Center for the Arts, and New Spire Arts—and the lineup covers a little bit of everything:
• 🐷 The Comedy Pigs pulling double duty—one set with veteran members, one with the current crew
• 🎭 A staged reading of “Meet & Greet” by Stan Zimmerman and Christian McLaughlin (brought to life by your favorite MET performers), with Stan in attendance + a post-show book signing
• 🎤 Stand-up from Cathy Ladman at New Spire Arts
• 🎶 "Menopause The Musical 2" at the Weinberg
• 🌟 Comedy workshops and more throughout the weekend at MET
• 🐻 And for the fam: "Arthur & Friends Make a Musical!" bringing the daytime fun
