Hello all,

Welcome any input on my situation:

Recently had my kids US passports renewed in Switzerland, did all the work in Geneva, passports were processed and shipped from Bern.

When they arrived via French Post today, they wanted 54€ for duty tax (based on the customs declaration value listed on the envelope from the US Embassy).

I refused delivery, plan on going to the office later as the delivery person was not too familiar with the details.

Any thoughts?
