I am new to 3d printing, go easy on me.

I recently got a Qidi Tech Q1 Pro printer with a PTEG spool. I have used the default setting in orca slicer for the filament and set it up as a Qidi printer.

The base keeps becoming removed from the heated plate. has anyone got some advice for me?
