This only happens on this specific account where my character stutters whenever I move around. On my main account and using my friend's account doesn't have this issue and I can't figure out what the problem is or how to solve this.

This has been going on for multiple patches now so I don't think it's because of a new patch meaning every time I play on this account I get this issue 100% of the time.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
